From the creators of South Park and winner of nine Tony Awards, THE BOOK OF MORMON will play a limited one-week engagement March 17 - 22, 2015. The New York Times calls it "the best musical of this century" and Entertainment Weekly says it's "the funniest musical of all time". Ticket package holders receive priority ticket opportunities to all shows, so a season package is the best way to guarantee seats to THE BOOK OF MORMON.

The Broadway Across Canada package will also feature the Winnipeg premiere of "landmark theatre event" (Time Magazine), WAR HORSE and the return of Broadway's biggest blockbuster WICKED.

"This is undeniably one of our most anticipated seasons in recent years," said Shana Levin, General Manager - Broadway Across Canada. "We're thrilled to continue offering such amazing line-ups to our patrons, and the 2014-2015 Season is sure to exceed expectations. This package is packed with a mix of Tony Award®-winning shows, some of the most recognized musicals in recent years, and full of pop-culture references for any generation. Winnipeg will truly have the opportunity to plug into the best of Broadway with us this year!"

THE BOOK OF MORMON | March 17 - 22, 2015

The New York Times calls it "the best musical of this century." The Washington Post says, "It is the kind of evening that restores your faith in musicals." And Entertainment Weekly says, "Grade A: the funniest musical of all time." Jon Stewart of The Daily Show calls it "a crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry." It's THE BOOK OF MORMON, the nine- time Tony Award-winning Best Musical from the creators of South Park. Contains explicit language. For more information, visit BookofMormonTheMusical.com.

WAR HORSE | June 18 - 22, 2014

A heart-warming tale of loyalty and friendship, and winner of FIVE 2011 Tony Awards, WAR HORSE tells the story of young Albert and his beloved horse Joey. When Joey is sold to the cavalry and shipped from England to France, he is soon caught up in enemy fire, and fate takes him on an extraordinary journey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man's land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home.

Based on the beloved novel by Michael Morpurgo, this powerfully moving and imaginative drama, filled with stirring music and songs, is a show of phenomenal inventiveness that is currently playing to packed houses in London and around the world. At its heart are astonishing life-sized puppets created by South Africa's Handspring Puppet Company, that bring to life breathing, galloping, charging horses strong enough for men to ride.

WICKED | August 20 - 30, 2014

Back by "popular" demand. Variety calls WICKED "a cultural phenomenon," and when it last played Winnipeg in 2011, it broke box office records. Winner of over 50 major award, including a Grammy® and three Tony Awards®, WICKED is "Broadway's biggest blockbuster" (The New York Times).

Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good makes for "the most complete - and completely satisfying - musical in a long time." (USA Today).
